Our Story

Our lead pastor, John Curiale, got saved in college at 18 years old. He and his wife, Nicole, met at Augustana College in Illinois. John graduated with a BA in secondary education and biology. John received his call to ministry and earned his Master’s of biblical studies in Chicago and his Doctorate of Ministry in Los Angeles.

John and his wife Nicole spent three years attending Antioch Community Church in Wheaton in 2007 before God called him to serve Central Florida as a youth pastor.

In 2011, the Curiale's planted Antioch Community Church Orlando. Since the church was planted, it has grown to a healthy family of believers with college students, young adults, and families. We wholehearted believe that the local church is the primary way God intended to draw people to Himself and transform the world.

You can read more of our story in John’s books, Enduring Faith & Finishing the Race.

Our Vision

God is building a transformed family

who seeks Jesus with their whole heart, serving and honoring one another with humility, grace, and joy. We are a family who lives on mission by making disciples of all nations with the Gospel. We do everything through His Word and by His Spirit, working until Jesus comes back, all for His glory.

Five Circles of Healthy Church

Relationship With Jesus

Daily reading of the Bible, worshiping, and praying. At the core, this is who we are—sons and daughters of God who have daily friendship with Jesus.

Life-on-Life Discipleship

Someone invests in you and you invest in someone. Weekly you meet up to pray, study the Word, encourage each other, and challenge each other to live out everything Jesus has commanded.

Family (Lifegroups)

Small groups, led by leaders who love God and create a family community to live out the Kingdom of God together.  They pray for each other, share the Gospel together, share encouragement and testimonies, disciple one another, and celebrate together.

Sunday Gathering

Here we gather the whole family together to worship Jesus, hear the Word of God preached, pray for each other, and get envisioned for the week. Sunday gathering is great place for you to serve each other by utilizing your gifts to build the Body.

Missions

This is where we partner with Jesus and are empowered by the Spirit to see His Kingdom reproduced in our neighborhoods and the nations, so that all people might have the chance to hear His word and know Him.
